We have so many wonderful ministries that we support at WUMC and are so grateful for your generous contributions through your time and through monetary donations.
Give In-Person
For your convenience, offering envelopes are available for tithes and offerings to give during worship services. Simply place cash or checks (made payable to Williamstown UMC) in one of these envelopes and put it in the offering plate during any of the weekend services. You may also mail it to Williamstown UMC and we will process your gift. Be sure to indicate on the check or envelope if wish the funds to be applied to a special offering.

Is it safe to give online?
PayPal is a secure way to make a payment with your credit or debit card because this information is only processed on PayPal’s secure system. The church never sees or has access to your credit card or bank account information. For a more comprehensive information see PayPal’s security overview.
What kind of accounts can I give from?
You can give online from either your checking or savings account.
When will contributions be taken from my account?
Contributions will be taken from your specified bank account within 48 business hours of the date you requested. This
time frame allows time for the contribution to process through your bank and the church’s bank. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.
What type of credit cards can I use?
WUMC takes MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover as
well as Debit.
Are there any fees involved?
As the donor, you will not pay any fees with an online gift. However, the church does incur fees for processing. It is most cost effective for the church if online tithes and offerings are set up as ACH transactions rather than credit cards.
Will I still receive contribution statements from WUMC?
Yes. WUMC will continue to send contribution statements to your address on file for tax purposes. Please let us know if your address has changed.
